Our ovens range from an analog mini-oven, approximately £800, for the village or coffee shop, up to the fully computerised mastermind combination oven, approximately £6000, for the butcher who wants to bake bread and pies, roast joints and cook hams in an oven which takes up less than one square metre of floor space.

The company is specialised in in-shop food concepts i.e; Freshly Baked Filled Baguettes, Freshly Baked Filled Bagels, Hot Pies & Pastries, Roast Chickens and Paninis.


Leventi Bakermat Compact Oven

As the space in shops is always at a premium, and the depth of the bake-off oven, allowing for loading and unloading the oven, determines the position of the counters, valuable shop space is often wasted.

To minimize the space from the back of the shop to the counters, Leventi has designed the compact 5-tray oven with a depth of 600mm (2 feet) to achieve this the motor and the heating elements are positioned at the top of the oven, all the electrical controls are on the right hand side of the oven and easily accessible for maintenance and repair.

An extractor hood and stands are also available, all in stainless steel.

The oven has digital manual controls, or the "mastermind" controls with up to 99 pre-set baking programs.
